Sing Honeycomb Panels from Singcore


Sing Honeycomb is a new patented sandwich panel composite material with built in structural grids designed by the inventor Peter Sing. The grids are made of vertical grain renewable veneer wood fiber embedded in EPS foam using torsion box technology similar to that used in the airplane industry. The grid is stronger than other honeycomb sandwich cores because the veneer is arranged with the grain perpendicular to the skin which allows the lightweight panels to remain strong and flat without denting, cracking, and warping. The Singcore panel comes in a variety of dimensions and grid sizes and can be finished with any load bearing face material.
